i think this picture is very sad, because i see a person who is not able to get free from this unhealthy habit alone. what is more, he will die young. he needs someone who would help him to break the chain which makes him live an unhealthy life.
I think this picture represents people who is caught by an addiction of the cigarrette and it doesn't have any help for leave that addiction. It makes it more and more difficult for him to live a healty life.
